Liberty Rental Cars Llc. is license registered and incorporated in the state of Florida. When you place reservations outside the cities in which you live, your personally identifiable booking data will be transferred to our subsidiary, affiliate or licensee/franchisee located in the cities nearest in which you place your reservation in order to process your car-hire. By placing a booking with LRC ("Liberty Rental Cars Llc.") you understand that your personally identifiable booking data will be communicated to subsidiary, affiliate or licensee/franchisee located in cities whose data protection laws may not provide an equivalent level of protection to the laws in your city.
Liberty Rental Cars Llc. has a TRUSTe's Privacy Seal signifying that this privacy policy and practices have been reviewed by TRUSTe for compliance with TRUSTe's program requirements including transparency, accountability and choice regarding the collection and use of your personal information.
